What is the difference between the Nintendo DS Lite, DSi, and 3DS?
Hi all, I'm 20 and I did not really play video games as I was. Let's just say I'm in the N64, Sega, PlayStation 1, etc. So I wanted to catch up on the new consoles Nintendo portable that a. I have nieces and nephews who come to my parents' house on Fridays and weekends, as now. They bring their Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, PS3, etc. I do not play video games as I did because I'm in college and everything. But when I have some time to sleep, I want to play games Computer and others. I do not own an iPod or iPod touch. But if I did, I'd probably get the iPod touch because of the music and games. I not really care about the apps. Anyway, I wanted to know the difference between the Nintendo DS Lite, DS and DSi XL XL (any kind) and the new Nintendo 3DS. Many people say that the 3DS is a bit like the DS lite only it is in 3D, IDK. Maybe you can help me guys. What should I choose and why? Thank you!
The DS Lite is the only one of four that can play Game Boy games, you should get if you do not like the special features offered by others. With the DSi, they added a shop, an Internet browser, two cameras, a sound editor and took out the Game Boy slot. The DSi is greater than the DSi and screens larger, I would not pay extra for a more bulky though. With 3DS, they added a list of friends, a characteristic passage Street (you pass other people on the street with 3DS and they come to your Mii Plaza and help you progress in games, it's cool if you have actually people who spend a 3DS with them), a button of the house, a 3D camera and some free games to show the characteristics. There was an update which has recently added a shop and you can get Excitebike (NES game) on it for free. And if you've played Ocarina of Time on the N64 (or if you do not), you can try the 3D remake they releasing the 3DS. It looks much better and will include both original quest and master quest. If you have found a DS, I recommend the 3DS if the price is not a big problem, the more you should test it in a store, some people have dizziness or sore head of 3D. But if you want to play Game Boy games and do not care for other features or exclusives 3DS (there is not much to this anyway), you can just get a DS Lite, it is much cheaper and there are a lot of good games for it.
