Build-a-Lot game - How do I get past the level with the library?

I'm on the first level when you must get library blueprints, build a library, and get 30,000 in rentals and then part way thru he tells you you need to have 2 three star ramblers. HOW DO I DO THIS??? I've tried everything I can think of - builing a workshop to train, building the ramblers first to generate rent and get it out of the way - I keep running out of time before I can the rental monies. HELP!!!

Hi! Sometimes it helps to build the best house you can afford/have the blueprints for then sell it. This will generate enough money to start off on more property and buying the library blueprint e.t.c. Hope it helps you pass the level!!!!
