What is the BEST rpg game creator besides rpg maker that is 100% free?

I have been wanting to get this idea for an rpg out of my head and onto the computer, I want to make a game similar to the aveyond series. I enjoyed using Rpg maker xp but I couldn't do too much with it since it was a demo. Anyone know of one similar that is 100% free???
One that doesn't include learning any codes? A few but not like the entire game in code!
