How do you get the couples mask in zelda majoras mask?
Okay i know that you go to Sakons hideout and get the suns mask for Kafei but she runs away from you and I always ran out of time and the moon killed everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the longest mask quest in the game. It requires you to invest the entire three days, so i'd advise you to slow down time.
If you havent already, get the Kafei mask from the Mayors house.
Once you have this mask, go to the Stockpot Inn and talk to Anju (the girl behind the counter) with the Kafei mask on, and she should ask you to meet her in the kitchen at night.
If you don't have the roomkey for the hotel, they will kick you out at around 10 (i think), but no worries, you can get back in via the deku flower in front of the hotel. Use the deku flower to launch onto the top of the hotel and get in the 'backdoor'. Once inside, go down the stairs and into the hallway that goes behind the reception counter. Wait in the kitchen for Anju to talk to you and she will give you a letter. Put this letter in the mailbox immediately and go to the Laundry Pool (the place with the bell and the weird guy with the music box) and wait for a while. The postman will come sometime after 1:00 to deliver the letter, when he rings the bell and Kafei comes out, run to the door and get in his house before he gets back to it. Wait inside and Kafei will come in to talk to you. He tells you about the curiosity shop and how they stole his mask...blah blah blah (lol) and then gives you a pendant to give to Anju.Take this pendant to her and it will guarantee that she doesn't flee on the last day. Then, return to the laundry pool and wait for another opportunity to get inside the house. This time, not by waiting for Kafei but by repeatedly trying to open the door until it actually opens. haha. I believe its around 1:00. The Curiosity Shop owner will be inside, waiting for you. He will tell you what happened to Kafei and where he went and blah blah blah.. so you head to Ikana Canyon. Go to where Sakons hideout is, (if you don't know where, its to the right through the cave-like tunnel when you first arrive at the canyon) and look for a rock. Kafei will be hiding behind it and he explains to you that he's waiting for Sakon. When Sakon comes, Kafei will immediately run in his hideout behind him. You must do the same. This next part is somewhat confusing, but easy if you know how to do it. In Sakon's hideout, you will play both Kafei and Link. You must use switches to open doors for eachother to ultimately reach the end and get the Sun's mask. Hit every blue and yellow switch you see but at NO POINT hit the red ones. The red switches speed up the conveyor belt and make it so you lose the mask. The yellow switches slow down the belt to give you a little more time. The blue switches will open the next doors for Kafei/Link. Once you have completed each room (and defeated each enemy in the Link rooms), if you have done so successfully, Kafei will get his mask back.
Now heres the tricky part that everyone forgets.
After Kafei has his mask back, he plans to go marry Anju.
Since you gave her the pendant, she will still be in the hotel instead of fleeing like everyone else. Go to the Stockpot Inn and go upstairs to the Employees Only room that you would otherwise not be able to get into on any other occassion. Inside you will find Anju sitting down, waiting for Kafei. Kafei will arrive sometime very close to the end of the three days, but trust, he will arrive. When he does, they get married and decide to give you the couple's mask for witnessing their marriage. As soon as you get the mask, play the song of time to save and boom, you have it.
