How do I change the camera angle on the NCAA Football 2008 for Xbox 360?

I am sick of play offense and defense and not be able to see the receivers on the outside. I like to control security, and it is impossible to keep the receivers on the outside If you can not see them. Are you sure this guy? Your suggestions do not work. I do not see the camera angle in the options menu.

push pause and see if we can find cameras in the pause menu if u cannot find u cannot change the angle at all
