how to get a lawyer sega genesis Thurs to work on a Sanyo HDTV?

How can I get that old game system to work on an HDTV Sanyo brand is it still possible or do I need to track down an old TV to make it work please help answers serious than my little sister wants to play here, old Sonic games again.

Most older systems, such as Genesis will come with an RF adapter, which plugs into the back of the console and has a coaxial tip at the other end, to connect to the TV. When you connect the coaxial end on TV, you connect it is the turn coaxial connector which is where you plug in a cable television connection. There should be over a coaxial cable plug there. Turn on your Megadrive and use your TV's input selector switch is in "TV" or "cable" input, until you touch the entry that shows your games. You may have to be on channel 3 for this method to work. If it does not work, you can plug in a VCR Genesis using the same method. Again, make sure the VCR is set to channel 3 and displays the correct input. Once you get it running, you can use the display options your TV to change the entry to a 4:3 aspect ratio or "not stretched" so that your old video games full screen will not be lying on a big screen TV.
