What a winning team for Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games 4 x 100 meter aquatic Wii?

I try to get a fast time in 4 x 100 meter freestyle in the water sports on Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games, but I can not break the 2:55 barrier anyone got any advice or very i good team on the wiii? does it make any difference in what order I put the team?

The best team depends on the race you like best, I find the subs running easier than any other for that, I use Sonic, Tails, Shadow and peach. I WR in this event and I can beat the WR with any team as long as I get the right start and respiration of the heart.
